FRASER YACHTS SPAIN, through its ‘The Crew Network’ brand (TCN), is an organization that offers the “Private service for the selection and placement of people based on the MLC (Maritime Labour Convention) 2006 regulations.”

The management of FRASER YACHTS SPAIN S.L.U and TCN establishes as main objectives of our organisation:

• To help yacht owners and their captains save time, effort and the risk of future flight by hiring crews of an exclusive group of pre-qualified candidates, adequately profiled and certified with career and personality profiles, selected by TCN to join the crew of each yacht.
• To help the best crew candidates find the best opportunities and/or ensure the best training, to improve their careers and build a solid reputation within the navigation.

To achieve this, the management of FRASER YACHTS SPAIN S.L.U undertakes to:

• Ensure that our staff has the necessary competence and training to find the best solution to your crew’s needs.
• Select the most capable, suitable candidates with the profile best suited to the requirements for their crew in the minimum amount of time and effort possible.
• Comply with all legal requirements and other requirements that may be subscribed.
• Ensure the continuous improvement of the processes, through the monitoring and review of them and the definition of annual quality objectives.
